3/4 cup plain reduced-fat Greek yogurt
1 garlic clove, minced
I teaspoon mint minced
Salt to taste
1/4 Green chilli or to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Less than 1/4 coriander leaves minced
In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, 1 garlic clove minced, I teaspoon mint minced, Salt, Green chilli, lemon juice and coriander leaves minced; serve with anything you like e.g. Cabbage Fritters, Cutlets, Bhaji (Bajia) etc.
