Simple and Easy Pina Colada

Serves 2 -3 people {depending on the size of your glasses}

Pina colada
First made in Puerto Rico back in 1952, with rum, pineapple and coconut cream cocktail in your hand all you’ll be missing is the sand between your toes.

Equipment
Sling glass
Cocktail shaker
Blender

Ingredients:
1 cup Pine apple (Chopped)
3/4 to 1 cup Thick Coconut milk {cream}
3 to 4 tablespoons Sugar or to taste {you can use honey or syrup or condense milk instead of sugar}
1 cup ice cubes {to blend with the other ingredients}
1/4 to 1/2 glass pine apple juice
1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice {optional}
Few Ice Cubes {for garnishing your drink}

Normally Pina Colada is made with rum {Alcohol}

Method:
A} Pulse all the ingredients along with a cup of ice in a blender except few Ice Cubes for garnishing your drink
B} Blend them together until smooth
C} Pour into a tall glass or any glass of your choice and garnish as you like

Basically
The piña colada is a sweet cocktail made with rum, coconut cream or coconut milk, and pineapple juice, usually served either blended or shaken with ice. It may be garnished with either a pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry, or both.

Main alcohol: White Rum

Ingredients: 3 oz (3 parts) Pineapple juice, 1 oz (one part) White rum, 1 oz (one part) Coconut cream

Preparation: Mix with crushed ice until smooth. Pour into chilled glass, garnish and serve.

Served: Blended with ice (frozen style)
Standard garnish: Maraschino cherry, Pineapple slice

Drinkware: Poco Grande glass
