papaya strawberry and banana smoothie

Ingredients:
Makes 2 glasses

1 ripe banana
1small papaya
1/3 cup frozen strawberries
2 heaped tablespoons natural yoghurt
2 tablespoons or 1 small handful oats
1 small handful mixed nuts
1/4 to /1/2 glass milk
1 lime juice
2 teaspoons honey or to taste, optional

Method:
A} Peel and slice your banana and papaya, but make sure to remove all the seeds from papaya before you peel and slice into small pieces
B} Put both into a blender or smoothie maker with your frozen strawberries, oarts, nuts and the yoghurt.
C} Add 1/4 milk and squeeze in the rolled lime.
D} add honey to taste {optional}, If you think it needs a bit of extra sweetness you can add a little honey to taste
E} Now whiz the blender or smoothie maker, repeat the process until nice and smooth. If it’s a bit too thick for you, just add a splash more milk and whiz around again.
F} Give it a good stir, then have a taste.
