Whole Spicy And crispy Fried Red Snapper Recipe

2 whole red snappers {1-1.5 lbs each, cleaned, scaled and gutted}
1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
1 teaspoon red Chili powder or to taste
3/4 teaspoon Gram Masala powder
1 teaspoon Garlic paste
1 teaspoon Ginger paste
1 teaspoons lemon juice or to taste
1/2 teaspoon Grained Onion {Optiona}
Oil for frying

A} Grained the onion {Optional}
B} Rinse the fish and dry the surface and the cavity of each thoroughly with paper towels
C} Now take a sharp knife and make 3-4 slashes on each side of the fish, all the way to the bone
D} in a small bowl or cup add salt, chili powder, lemon juice, garam masala powder, garlic & ginger paste and make a smooth paste
E} Spread the paste onto the fish pieces and let it marinate for about an hour or more {I prefer doing it overnight and chill in the fridge}
F} Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fish pieces on both sides till golden brown and crispy
G} Fried Fish is ready and serve warm
