1 kilo Cashew nuts
2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil (any oil you prefer)
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Oil to grease the tray
A} Preheat grill on medium heat or at 150 to 180C for 8 -12 minutes.
B} Grease a baking sheet and spread the cashews.
C} Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil to the nuts, mix well.
D} Now sprinkle salt, black pepper powder and mix well.
E} spread the cashews in a single layer.
F} Roast in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
G} Take the tray out and mix well to turn the sides.
H} Return to the grill and roast for another 3-5 minutes.
I} Repeat the this process until cashews will be golden and a bit dry looking by now (this process may take 12 to 18 minutes)
J} Remove the sheet from the oven, at this point the nuts will not be very crispy, allow them to cool completely and they will be very crispy.
K} Store your nuts in an airtight container.
