Juice ya ukwaju

Mahitaji:
200g Ukwaju mbivu kiasi
1 au 1 na nusu kikombe cha sukari au kiasi {ivyo unapenda wewe}
5 au 6 chupa za 1.5 little kila chupa ya Maji ( to be honest maji ina depends kwa size yako ya ukali unayopenda}
Barafu kiasi kiasi

Jinsi ya kutengeneza:
A} Toa kokwa ukwaju na loweka kwenya majia aboayo utatumia, kama 1 hour au more
B} Chemsha kwenye sufuri kubwa, alafu iache pembeni ipowe
C} Chuja kwa chujio yenye tundu ndogo, alafu kamua yote.
D} Tia sukari, koroga vizuri
E} Tia kwenye chupa alafu zitie kwenye fridge zipate baridi
F} Tia kwenye jagi au glass zako na barafu

Tamarind Juice
Ingredients:
200g tamarind seeds with pulp,
5-6 bottles of cold water 1.5 little each bottle as seen in the video {divided}
1 and 1/2 cup sugar or to taste {it can be more or less depending on how tangy the tamarind is)

Method
A} Wash and rinse off the tamarind pulp. Put in a good size of a pot, i mean large pot.
B} Add 4 to 5 bottles of water, soak it for at least 1 hour or more, then bring it to a boil.
C} Switch of the stove and let it get cold, Combine boiling water and tamarind pulp in a good size of a bowl or in the same pot.
D} Now mash with a cooking stick or use a potato ricer, let stand for 1 to 2 hours, then mash tamarind again.
C} Press through a sieve into a bowl, pressing pulp firmly against the sieve to extract all liquid. Discard solids.
F} Add leftover water {if you didn’t boil all, due to the small pot}
G} Now add sugar and stir it nicely until all the sugar dissolves.
H} Put in the bottles and then put them in the fridge for few minutes to 1 hour or until cold

I} Serve with ice cubes
