Extremely Hot Carrot Chilli Sauce

Note—»Its only small amount as seen on the pic, if you want more, then please doubt the Ingredients:

2 medium carrots chopped into chunky pieces
400g to 500g naga viper chilli {or chilli of your choice but it has to be extra hot}
1/2 teaspoon of garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon of ginger past
1 tablespoon of lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 to 2 Teaspoon Chilli powder to taste
1 tablespoon of olive Oil

A) Boil chopped carrots, capsicum and hot chilies (make hoes on chilies to avoid them bursting) * boil them in a small pot with little water for few minutes (5 minutes)
B) Drain water out of the pot
C) Allow it to cold down for few minutes (5-7 minutes)
D) Put them in the blender, add lemon juice a little at a time and blend until it becomes a smooth paste
E) Put another small pot on a cooker /stove
F) Add the oil
G) Add ginger and garlic, chilli paste from the blender and salt to taste
H) Cook it for 2 – 3 minutes on medium heat
I) Allow it to cool down at a room temperature
J) Pour into a glass jar or a container and refrigerate
