Delicious Fish Cutlets: Katlesi Za Samaki

5 medium Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
2 tins Tuna {or fresh if you prefer}
1/2 teaspoon Ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon Garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Onions (minced)
Lemon juice to taste
chili powder to taste
Black pepper to taste {optional}
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Green chillies to taste
1 tablespoon bell pepper or to taste {optional}
Fresh chopped coriander 1/2 to 1 teaspoon
1 to 2 Eggs

A} A} Boil Potatoes, mash and keep aside
B} Cook the fish with little salt, lemon juice and pepper
C} Once the fish is done, let it cool and then mince it well with your hand or a fork
D} Heat 2 teaspoon oil in a pan and sauté the ginger ,garlic ,green chilies and then add the onions and sauté it well
E} Then add the cooked fish to it.
F} Add the pepper powder, garam masala, salt and mix it well
G} Also add the boiled and mashed potatoes to it and mix well
H} Allow it to cool for 3-5 minutes
I} Then shape the mixture as oval or make palm sized oval individual portions
J} Beat the eggs really well
K} Heat the oil in a pan
L} Dip each of the cutlet in the beaten eggs
M} Deep fry the cutlets till it becomes golden brown colour
N} Remove from the pan and put them on the kitchen roll paper to drain the excess oil
O} Serve it with your favourite sauce or chutney
Tip: 1} to avoid the cutlets from breaking, make sure the oil should be really hot before you start frying them
2} Make sure you leave space in between them when frying them (don’t put them close to each other
