Delicious Fish Cutlets

Ingredients:
1/2 kilo Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
2 tins Tuna Steak  {or fresh if you prefer, but be sure to remove all the bones from your fish}
1/2 teaspoon Ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon Garlic paste Salt to taste
5 spring onions (small to medium}  (finely choped)
Lemon juice to taste {put more than 2 tablespoons}
1 teaspoon chilli powder to taste
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
Black pepper to taste {optional}
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
Fresh chillies to taste {optional}
1   to 2 tablespoons  Fresh finely chopped coriander
2 to 3 Eggs
Oil  for frying

Method:

A} Wash potatoes nicely and put them in a pot
B} Add in enough water and boil Potatoes until soft
C} Remove them from the stove and set aside for at least five minute or until they are cold enough to be handled
D} Peel all the potato covers, mash them up and keep aside
E} Cook the fish with little salt, lemon juice and pepper {if you are using fresh}
F} Once the fish is done, let it cool, remove all fish bones and then mince it well with your hand or a fork {if you are using fresh fish}
G} Heat 2 teaspoon oil in a pan and sauté the ginger ,garlic ,green chilies and then add the onions and sauté it well
H} Then add the cooked fish to it.
I} Add the pepper powder, garam masala, salt and mix it well cook till no liquid left in the pot.
J} Remove the pot from the heat
K} Allow it to cool for 3-5 minutes
L} Now add the boiled and mashed potatoes and corriader leaves to it and mix well
M} Then shape the mixture as oval or make palm sized oval individual portions as seen in the video
N} Beat 2 to 3 eggs really well
O} Heat the oil in a pan
P} Dip each of the cutlet in the beaten eggs
Q} Deep fry the cutlets till it becomes golden brown in colour
R} Remove from the pan and put them on the kitchen roll paper to drain the excess oil
S} Serve it with your favourite sauce or chutney

Tip:
1} to avoid the cutlets from breaking, make sure the oil should be really hot before you start frying them
2} Make sure you leave space in between them when frying them (don’t put them close to each other
