Best Homemade Whole Fried Tilapia Fish

Ingredients:

Tilapia Fish {2 whole fish}
1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
1 teaspoon red Chilli powder or to taste
1 teaspoon Gram Masala powder
1 teaspoon Curry powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon Ginger paste
1 tablepoons lemon juice or to taste {tiny water if needed}
Oil for frying

Method:
A} Remove all fish scales and guts, clean them nicely
B} in a small bowl or plate add salt, chilli powder, curry powder, lemon juice, garam masala powder, garlic & ginger paste and make a smooth paste
C} Spread the paste onto the fish as seen in the video and let it marinate for about an hour or more, I always marinate my fish a night before and put them in the fridge
D} Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the whole fish on both side till golden brown.
E} put it on a kitchen towel to remove the access oil
F} Repeat this process to fish number 2
F} Fried Fish is ready and serve warm with your favour dish {rice, ugali, cassava, banana etc}
