Best Homemade Masala Chai: Masala Tea

Ingredients:
3 Cup Milk
1 teaspoon vanilla { vanilla pod is even better}
2 or 3 small pieces Ginger or 1 teaspoon ginger paste {freshly grinded}
1 teaspoon grinded Cardamom
Cinnamon sticks or 1/2 teaspoon powder
2 tea bags
Sugar to taste

Method:
Leave one and half cup of water to boil
Pound Two or Three pieces of Ginger and add to water
Pound Two pieces of Cardamom and add it to water
Add Two teaspoon of Tea Powder
Boil for next Two to Three minutes
Add Lemon Grass
Add Chai Masala (Tea Masala or Tea Spice)
Add Two cups of Milk
Add two teaspoon and a little more sugar
Lower the flame before it overflows
Pour it hot in the serving cup and serve it with whatever you love eating in the morning for your breakfast e.g maandazi, chapati, bread etc
